The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the midst of the bustling city center. Guests can easily walk to the riverwalk in just 3 minutes, making it a worthwhile stay. the beautiful garden adds a touch of tranquility to the surroundings.

The parking situation could be improved. Guests were given a parking pass for a public, unsecure lot, and there were empty off-street and on-street parking spaces that were not allowed to be used.

A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. Patio was included. Beautiful gardens, the place is 0.4 miles away from the San Antonio downtown. 25 mins by car from the airport:)))

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet just a short stroll away from the vibrant River Walk. We loved being able to explore downtown San Antonio and visit all the amazing restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our stay, we felt truly taken care of. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the well-appointed rooms with modern amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, to the comfortable king bed and luxurious free-standing bath. Lastly, the breakfast included was a delightful surprise. Each morning, a delicious spread would be delivered to our door, including bagels, muffins, fresh fruit. It was the perfect start to our day of exploration.
